Throughout the year, IMI Kolkata gets in touch with potential recruiters, arranges and facilitates various sessions and workshops such as career pathways – functional overview sessions, industry deep dive workshops, resume building, leveraging LinkedIn. These sessions provide students with detailed industry insights and assist them in planning their careers meticulously.
Learning and Development:
The Placement Cell at IMI Kolkata provides students with the necessary resources to achieve their career aspirations. IMI Kolkata organizes one-on-one interaction sessions with alumni from various industries, comprehensive resume review workshops, Group Discussions workshops, Mock Personal Interviews and Company Specific Sessions by the L&D Partner. As the placement season approaches, alumni, including industry specialists, conduct extensive mock interviews tailored to the roles students aspire to pursue.
