Sunil Mitra retired in June 2011 from the office of Revenue & Finance Secretary, Government of India. Over a 36-year public service career, he is credited with spearheading several policy initiatives at both national and State levels. Thereafter, he has chaired a Committee in the Planning Commission, led consultancies for the British Government and World Bank and serves presently, as an Independent Director on the Boards of a number of Public Companies.
Shri Rajarshi Banerjee

Rajarshi Banerjee is also the CFO of CESC.
During his long association with the Group, he has held various key positions and has extensive experience in project management and corporate finance. He has handled many challenging assignments in the Group that include raising resources from the domestic and global capital markets, corporate restructurings and regulatory matters. He has been a key member of various senior management cross-functional teams on risk management, operations and driving growth.
Shri Sabyasachi Bhattacharya
President – Group Human Resources, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group
Sabyasachi Bhattacharya brings over 30 years of professional work experience which includes the Head of Human Resources role for several large businesses in industry sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Paints and Chemicals.
Sabyasachi has the experience of leading functions like IT and Marketing & Sales apart from HR.He has been with the RPSG group since 2007 and immediately before moving to the Group level assignment he was the Chief – HR & IT at PCBL. During this long stint he has been an integral part of the leadership team which spearheaded the transformation of PCBL Ltd.Before joining the group, he led the HR function of Berger Paints India and subsequently was the Director – HR (APAC) for Sherwin-Williams. Sabyasachi is a certified CEO coach and an Emotional Intelligence coach. He is also a Steering Committee member of IMI Delhi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
Shri Sunil Bhandari

Mr Sunil Bhandari is Executive Director – Corporate in RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. He has been with the RPG/RPSG Group for three decades and has worked in CESC, PCBL, Saregama, RPG Netcom, Etc. He is a Chartered accountant. At present, he looks after Group Finance and Cross Synergy.
Dr. Himadri Das

Dr. Himadri Das is the Director General of IMI since October 2018. Prior to that he spent six years in Business School Director roles at Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon and MDI Gurgaon. He worked in the technology industry in the US and India for thirteen years before moving into academics in 2002. He has a B.Tech. and MBA from IIT Delhi and an M.S.and Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, USA.

He has received several awards and recognition for his academic work like Chaudhary Padmanabhan Pant Award, Sahir Memorial Award and others and holds a certificate from the World Bank Institute.As a consultant, Tirthankar has advised the top management of various organizations on behalf of global consulting firms like PwC, KPMG, and investment banking organizations like SBICAPS and worked on projects of several ministries of the Government of India like the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. He has also advised many multilateral organizations, which include UN Organizations, the World Bank, DFID, ADB, GIZ and USAID.
