About Sweta Sinha

Dr. Sweta has completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. She holds a PGDHRM (MBA-HR) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She is UGC-NET qualified in the area of Labour Welfare/IR/HRM. She has 5 years of industry-academia experience, before joining IMI Kolkata. Her primary research interests are in the area of Work Passion, Virtual workplace, Workplace conflict, and Work-family conflict. She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed and reputed international journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and ABS journal quality lists. She has also presented multiple papers at international and national conferences. She utilizes conceptual, qualitative and quantitative research methods for her research and is proficient in using statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS and Smart-PLS. She is also an active reviewer for several peer-reviewed and reputed international journals.
