Dr. Chattopadhyay has received her doctoral degree in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University under the fellowship of Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, in the year 2005. After receiving her PhD degree, she has joined as a Visiting Fellow in School of Social Psychology, Australian National University, Canberra, for post-doctoral research (year 2005-2006).

Dr. Soni Agrawal holds doctorate in Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She specializes in Human Resource Management and Organization Behavior. She is having 18+ years of industry-academia experience. She had worked with IT/ITES and FMCG companies before joining academics. In her academic experience she holds positions as dean MDP & EDP, and prior to that she was chair admissions, anti-ragging, etc.,and served in various committees. She is a corporate trainer and had trained senior and mid-level executives of both public and private enterprises in the area of HR Analytics, building motivation for higher performance, negotiation and conflict management skillsand performance management. Some of the companies includeGRSE, CESC, PCBL, Oxford University Press, India Post, LIC, etc. Her areas of academic interests are employee engagement, green human resource management, performance management, training, and industrial relations, HR for new age organizations, and career & succession planning. Dr. Rohit Kr. Singh is currently an Associate Professor at the International Management Institute (IMI) Kolkata. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Gwalior.
Dr. Singh is actively engaged in research and has published 60 papers in internationally reputed journals. He has played a key role in organizing academic events, having been the convener and organizing secretary international conferences in the field of operations and supply chain management. Dr. Singh is an Associate Editor of Global Business Review (ABDC, SCOPUS) and the Journal of Operations and Strategic Planning. In addition to his research activities, he serves as a reviewer for several prestigious international journals. Dr. Singh is also a valuable resource person for various Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and Management Development Programs (MDP). He has conducted numerous sessions on the application of multi-criteria decision-making in operations and supply chain management. Boudhayan Ganguly is an Associate Professor at IMI Kolkata in MIS and Analytics area. He has a Doctorate from IIM Lucknow. Prior to joining IMI Kolkata he undertook projects such as “Tourism Enterprise Survey in Bihar” (commissioned by the Bihar Government; under the technical assistance of International Financial Corporation) and “Study on Computer Aided Learning Centres” under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Chanchal Chatterjee

Dr. Chatterjee has BCom (Hons) and MCom degrees from the University of Burdwan and stood first with a first class at both the levels and received two Gold Medals. He also has a PGDBA in financial management from Symbiosis, Pune. He earned his PhD from Burdwan University in Financial Restructuring through Buyback of Shares, for which he obtained the Best Research Award in Finance Track in the 3rd Doctoral Colloquium from IIM Ahmedabad in 2010. Chanchal has also received Sourabh Shiware Memorial Young Researcher Award 2016 (All India) awarded by Indian Commerce Association for outstanding achievement and contribution in the Discipline and Profession of Commerce and Business Management. Chanchal has published several research papers in refereed national and international journals. He has also presented papers in global seminars and conferences in India and abroad. His area of interest includes Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Earnings Management and Corporate Payout Policy.
Sahana Roy Chowdhury

Dr. Sahana Roy Chowdhury has more than 14 years of post-doctoral research and teaching experience in economic theory and policy.
She is the Editor-in-chief of the journal STUDIES IN MICROECONOMICS (Sage journal-Scopus,ABDC,UGC-CARE,RePEc listed) and Associate Editor of IMI-KONNECT .
Prior to joining IMI-Kolkata she was a researcher at NIPFP (Macro-Finance Division), Delhi. She has worked with ICRIER (Delhi), ICRA Ltd (Monetary Research Project Division) and was a visiting scientist at Cornell University, USA. She has delivered invited lectures to the IRS and IAS trainees on fiscal policy and taxation and taught at the Indian Statistical Institute on Growth theory. She was responsible for providing key research inputs to the Expenditure Management Commission formed by the Ministry of Finance-Department of Economic Affairs in 2014. She presented papers in several national and international conferences at Cornell University (USA), IFMR (Chennai), ISI (Delhi), DSE (Delhi) etc.
She was in the advisory board of the National Colloquium on Public-Private Partnership – A Viable Synergy for Sustainable Development arranged by Women’s Christian College (Department of Commerce, Management Studies and Corporate Economics), Chennai. She served as an expert panelist in the research meeting on Employability organized by the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education, New Delhi (Department of Educational Finance – under MHRD, GOI). Tirthankar Nag

Dr. Nag teaches strategic management, research methods, managing consulting engagements and developing infrastructure businesses. He has been teaching as a visiting faculty for doctoral courses in the energy sector at IIM Ahmedabad and strategic management at IIM Calcutta. He has authored a book and several book chapters, and peer reviewed papers in international journals. He has received several awards from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a certificate from the World Bank Institute. He also has a BE in electrical engineering from Jadavpur University. He has been a consultant for companies in the energy and water space on behalf of PWC, KPMG, and SBICAPS, dealing with strategy, policy and regulatory advisory.
He has also worked with CESC in distribution planning. He has provided advisory services to Indian and international organizations in the energy sector, including World Bank, UNEP, DFID, USAID and ADB.
