She delivered an illuminating speech on various measures pertaining to distinct Labor Markets. Her focus encompassed The International Labour Office (ILO), delving into its historical background, mission, and organizational structure. Furthermore, Professor Bros shed light on essential factors such as the twelve Key Labour Market Indicators (KILMS), including the labor force participation rate, employment-to-population ratio, employment status, sector-wise employment distribution, unemployment, and more.
