About Mohit Pathak

Mohit Pathak is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the International Management Institute Kolkata. He holds a PhD degree from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. His research interests include corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and ESG disclosure practices by corporations. He has also presented research papers at several national and international conferences and published research articles in several reputed journals including. Before joining IMI Kolkata, he was associated with the School of Business, RV University, Bengaluru.
