Dr. Sweta has completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. She holds a PGDHRM (MBA-HR) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She is UGC-NET qualified in the area of Labour Welfare/IR/HRM. She has over 5 years of industry-academia experience before joining IMI Kolkata. Her primary area of research is digitization in HR, virtual workplace, career transitions, workplace conflict, and work-family conflict. She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed and reputed international journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and ABS journal quality lists. She has also presented multiple papers at international and national conferences such as AOM, INDAM, etc. She utilizes conceptual, qualitative, and quantitative research methods for her research and is proficient in using statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS. She is an associate editor for IMI Konnect Journal and an active reviewer for several peer-reviewed and reputed international journals. She is a life member of the NHRDN Kolkata chapter. She is also a certified trainer for POSH, certified by SHRM.

Rachana Chattopadhyay

Dr. Rachana Chattopadhyay is a Professor (OB and HR) and Dean (Academic) at IMI Kolkata. Dr. Chattopadhyay received her doctoral degree in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University under the fellowship of the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, in 2005. After receiving her Ph.D., she joined as a Visiting Fellow in the School of Social Psychology, Australian National University, Canberra, for post-doctoral research (2005-2006). Before joining International Management Institute, Kolkata as an Assistant Professor, she was a faculty member in the ICFAI Institute for Management Teachers and ICFAI Business School at Hyderabad and Kolkata. She has published many articles in journals and conferences at both the national and international levels. She is the recipient of RASHTRIYA SHIKSHAK SAMMAN-2024, from the National Education Forum (Government of India), for all the remarkable achievements in the field of education. She also received the Young Scientist Award from the Indian Science Congress Association, Government of India, in 2002. She received the Outstanding Paper award at the Emerald Literati Network in 2013.

Dr. Soni Agrawal is a distinguished academician and HR thought leader with a Ph.D. in Management from IIT Kharagpur with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning academia, industry, governance, and consulting. She brings strategic insights in Human Resource Management (HRM), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), sustainability, and organizational development—making her a valuable asset. She has held faculty and leadership positions at leading institutions such as IIM Nagpur, IMI Delhi, and IMI Kolkata. In her academic leadership journey, she has served as Dean – Executive & Management Development Programs (EDP & MDP), Chairperson – OB & HR, and led strategic institutional committees including Admissions and Reservation Committees. A certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Dr. Agrawal also holds certifications in SA8000 Social Accountability, Mindfulness (Rice University), and is an accredited specialist with the Asian Productivity Organization. She is the founder Director of the company EcoDarpan Pvt. Ltd. & is on board of International Society for Data Science & Innovation (ISDSI)-Global and Finaquant Pvt. Ltd. Her consulting assignments include Indian Council of Social Science & Research (ICSSR), West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB), Credit Guarantee Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b), Balmer Lawrie and Ambirisk in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR), impact assessment, Assurance and benchmarking services.
