Dr. Arindam Bhattacharjee is a Ph. D/FPM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and an MBA from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. He has completed his B. Tech from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Prior joining IMI-Kolkata he was associated with IIM-Rohtak as Assistant Professor.

Dr. Sweta has completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. She holds a PGDHRM (MBA-HR) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She is UGC-NET qualified in the area of Labour Welfare/IR/HRM. She has 5 years of industry-academia experience, before joining IMI Kolkata. Her primary research interests are in the area of Work Passion, Virtual workplace, Workplace conflict, and Work-family conflict. She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed and reputed international journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and ABS journal quality lists. She has also presented multiple papers at international and national conferences. She utilizes conceptual, qualitative and quantitative research methods for her research and is proficient in using statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS and Smart-PLS. She is also an active reviewer for several peer-reviewed and reputed international journals.
Roma Puri

Dr. Roma Puri has more than a decade of teaching experience. Her domain has been Organizational Behaviour and HRM. She has taught courses at graduate and post-graduate level. In addition to teaching regular courses at B-schools she has been a teaching HRM related courses in the Career Oriented Programme offered by St. Xavier’s College. With keen interest in Behavioural Sciences, she has gone through intensive group process training from Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences, attended Group Relations Conference and offered several programmes in this area. She has been a part of the GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness) Programme led by Professor Robert House at the Wharton School.
Rachana Chattopadhyay

Dr. Chattopadhyay has received her doctoral degree in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University under the fellowship of Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, in the year 2005. After receiving her PhD degree, she has joined as a Visiting Fellow in School of Social Psychology, Australian National University, Canberra, for post-doctoral research (year 2005-2006).

Dr. Soni Agrawal holds doctorate in Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She specializes in Human Resource Management and Organization Behavior. She is having 18+ years of industry-academia experience. She had worked with IT/ITES and FMCG companies before joining academics. In her academic experience she holds positions as dean MDP & EDP, and prior to that she was chair admissions, anti-ragging, etc.,and served in various committees. She is a corporate trainer and had trained senior and mid-level executives of both public and private enterprises in the area of HR Analytics, building motivation for higher performance, negotiation and conflict management skillsand performance management. Some of the companies includeGRSE, CESC, PCBL, Oxford University Press, India Post, LIC, etc. Her areas of academic interests are employee engagement, green human resource management, performance management, training, and industrial relations, HR for new age organizations, and career & succession planning. As a researcher she hadpresented papers in international conferences of repute &published research papers in national and international journals along with writing books. Her upcoming book is Green HRM: A Climate Conscious route to triple bottom line under SAGE publications.
